This act aims to make sure that workers can still have the right to go on strike. However, the right to strike will be limited for workers considered critical to society, such as government workers, rescue workers, law enforcement workers, and workers of the health and education sector. Such workers will have to ensure at least a minimum amount of service in order not to disrupt the flow of society. |
