Whereas: Public buildings are defined as halls of governance, administrative centers, judicial halls, law enforcement agencies, and other state-owned and state-operated aparattus.
Whereas: The government cannot morally favor one religion over another.
Whereas: Religious symbols confer an aura of favoring over the entire government and an aura of approval over specific establishments.
Therefore: The PCP proposes that workers within public buildings be hereby banned from wearing religious symbols and that the buildings themselves not hang religious symbols or utilize religious texts prominently.
