| The following legislation shall provide a greater range of free expression throughout the Imperium. All appropriating standards shall be removed from all forms of media. Age-based access to motion pictures shall hereby be lifted. Sexually explicit television programming shall have viewership in all hours of the day. The government shall no longer have the means to enforce a set moral standard in the case of all media, and doubtlessly new artistic expressions shall emerge as a result. |
