Upon passing with a two thirds majority this bill will rename the following cities to:

Saĭt Svyatyh > Morozorota
Nadezhdygrad > Gorniy Zamok
Rukovodstvograd> Novy Olvar
Verugrad> Kleiskva
Narodnyĭgrad>Cheya
Novaya Slava >Pattergrad
Portovyĭgrad> Stary Kautsky
Nashegosnovatelyagrad> Malchik
Nedavnobretennuyuzemlyu> Tirvoslavl
Tsentr Ostrova > Kommenovsk
Sankt Natsiya> Petrovgrad
Sankt Trigun > Opatovo
Trigungrad > Yologda

In addition it will also create an additional city of 'Heinrichgrad' in the region of Chadonia.
