Bill: Educational Testing Act of 2915
Details
Submitted by[?]: New Aloria Party (NAP)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2916
Description[?]:
If the Educational Testing Act passes, local governments which in this case are school district board of trustees (they are local government) will be able to create their own testing policies for their students, while they must also meet national standards. The reason for this is to make sure the students are getting the best education they can; we must face it we in congress are not experts on students all the way across Aloria. The district board for those schools will know better ways to test their students. It is crucial that we provide the best education and make sure our students meet local and national testing requirements; they are the future workers of Aloria. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
