Message | This bill would allow for security of a single person to be infringed upon if lost or stolen, will it not? Until there is more security measures in place i will not support the bill in its current state. |

Message | Sure thats fine. I may consider only having the ID cards issued on a voluntary basis rather than to everyone. |

Message | That is better I think, and how about a protection clause where if this card is lost or stolen, pertinent agencies will be notified. Also please include that if the databases of those agencies are infringed upon where as a security breech is noticed, the public shall be notified within 10 days, and within 20days the government will impose a fine of 50,000 dollars if not notified, and if the public is not notified after 120 days of the security breech, the fine will jump to 120,000 dollars. Then if the agency does not notify the public after that the company will be shut down for non-disclosure of a security breech. |

Message | Point of Information: A similar bill to issue out ID cards was proposed by the BTP and was voted down, though in fairness that bill required all persons to carry the ID cards and did not specify a multi purpose use for them. |

Message | Actually, we DID specify a multi purpose use for them. Though, like you said, our bill required all persons to carry the ID. We will, of course, support this bill. |
