Message | Mr Speaker, Education is a matter of local governments. Students' needs and social situations are different in each duchy, thus the local governments take care of this issue. We would agree to decentralize articles 5, 2 and 1, but cannot support an inefficient national system which would in no way help the students of the Empire. I yield. |

Message | We are against, this is leftish nonsence. |

Message | Mr Speaker, I have modified the bill, removing three articles. I agree that letting the local government take care of the issue will be sufficient to secure higher education. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, While we could agree to article 1 in the context of a compromise, article 2 remains a problem for us. I yield. |

Message | ADDENDUM: An acceptable compromise for us would be to leave each school decide their policy on article 2, therefore parents could choose where to send their children accordingly. |

Message | We do agree that there needs to be some sort of public education in the Holy Empire of Luthori, but we cannot agree to Article 2. Certain occasions call for corporal punishment. Outlawing it in schools altogether would be preposterous. If Article 2 is dropped, we will initiate a vote of "yes". |
