RECOGNIZING that Dolgaria welcomes all who wish to migrate to our land. RECOGNIZING that simply by the act of migrating does not entitle migrants to benefits they would otherwise not recieve. Therefore, be it RESOLVED; the Government shall abolish all welfare to help immigrants integrate. |
