MessageMr. Speaker,

While both of our parties differ immensely, we can agree to this bill. All citizens have a right to education. Recently IMP put up a bill for debate that was more radical than this. We shall support this bill.

We yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

We support this bill, but we would propose to change Article 2 so that the students can take full-loans which they pay back when they start working.

I yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

We could agree to articles 2 and 4 as part of our compromise. However, we see no reaosn to support articles 1 and 3, which were not part of the comrpomise agreement. We would propose as an alternative school vouchers.

I yield.

MessageMembers of the Diet,

The bill has removed the controversial articles 1 and 3. In regards to the LCP: the point of the subsidies to students is to help pay for their education and avoid the deterrent of post-educational debt. Thus, the current proposal is much more suitable for students.

I yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

Our support for this bill assumes that no further attempts to modify the current education system will be made.
