| This bill aims to give discounts on contraceptives rather than making contraceptives free for Alorian citizens. We believe that contraceptives are beneficial in having safer sexual intercourse with partners and avoiding unwanted pregnancies. However, we believe that making the access of contraceptives very open will further breed a culture wherein the act of performing sex is treated as an everyday activity and not something that should be treated with respect. |
