Message | The Christian Democrats voted in favor of reversing the former title of Dark Underworld to Grand Republic. My thanks to them for this. The Christian Democrats also pointed out the Grand part of the title seemed a bit pretentious and I partially agree. I'm open to ideas and suggestions. |

Message | Pretentious or not, "Grand Republic" is beginning to grow on me, since it's a little different and marks us out from the other nations :-). Perhaps the "The" in the name should be removed though, since none of the other nations use it in their nation title and it looks a little out of place as a prefix. Ready to listen to any alternative ideas of your own, though. |

Message | I was just going off your comments didn't mean anything by it. I'm content with taking out 'the' I didn't realize how it would appear. We'll need to notify the mods again after passage. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
