Message | Mervyn Bijai MP, HNP Leader : Madam Speaker, this issue is a matter for national government not local government. We cannot have a system where one area of the nation can have defence shelters and another cannot. It is the governments duty to protect its citizens and the passing of this act would be a great step in the right direction. |
