Bill to enact legislation of a Centralized Military Structure upon enactment. The Military is headed by the Supreme leader of the land who is chosen by the majority of voters. The leader of the Military is in charge of maintiaining peace and protecting our country from foriegn invaders. This Supreme leader of the land and Military is further in charge of maintaining and organizing the Navy and Air Force in times of war to protect our country at all costs and keep our soverignty as desired by the citizens. A strictly land-based national defense for our land shall be organized by the police forces under a centralized agency known as the Army in times of war. The Army is primarily used for homeland based operations during times of war and maintains the borders in times of possible invasion as war has been declared by a foreign ruler or the supreme leader of the land. The Army is headed by the Congress made up of all parties that have a representation of 20 seats or more. The Army communicates with the Navy and Air Force but has no control over them and the Navy and Air Force has no control over the Army. During peacetime the Army is inactive military known as the Police, meanwhile the Air Force and Navy are constantly on watch as a full time military operations corps. The Navy has land based soldiers that are only capable of performing operations overseas unless authorized by a the political paries that are in control of the Army in times of war only. The Navy's land based foreign operations unit shall be recognized as the Marines. Marines are at the control of the supreme leader of the country at all times unless the heads of the Army allow them to help for homeland defense, when the Marines would be at the control of the Army's leaders. This bill enacts a homeland defense known as the Army in times of war (as deemed by the supreme leader of the country), at the discretion of the Political Parties. It also enacts the Marines unit which is only under the discretion of the Supreme leader unless they are used for homeland based operations in time of war only. |
