| Providing for a collective "safety net" of social security for all Badaran citizens to collect as soon as they reach the mandatory retirement age alongside private retirement plans offered by individual banks and institutions of employment. Such private institutions do not have to institute employee retirement plan nor do they have to prepare individual employee retirement packages. |
