A new approach towards biological science and ecology is needed if we desire to compete to the highest level in an evolving world. The government should therefore encourage research in the many fields; nevertheless, basic principles shall always apply and the experiments can be regulated and supervised to ensure that no needless suffering is being imposed on living beings.
