Proposal[?] to change Guarantee of minimum income.
Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
Proposed: There shall be no direct cash payments to individuals to guarantee a minimum income.

| Message | We belivele that charity should be performed by individuals, or groups of such, but not by the Government - the Government uses money that they didn't "earn", so being generous with not your money is something outrageous. Anyway, nice to see so much support for this bill. |
