| Given that we have several ministries vacant and anarchy is reigning, I propose a National Emergency Cabinet that will be dissolved as soon as a new Assembly is elected. I've tried to make it equal: everyone has two ministries but the Freedom Party, who is not a member of the Assembly and therefore has only one. |
