Date | 12:31:57, May 19, 2010 CET | From | Union Socialism Alliance | To | Debating the Economic Freedom |

Date | 13:42:52, May 19, 2010 CET | From | Progressive Centrist Democrats | To | Debating the Economic Freedom |
Message | Misread the proposed changes. Would have agreed on when it were the other option with "the rest private". it had indeed been surprising if the CFP had proposed that. Sorry. The PCD only agrees only with the tuition proposal. |
Date | 15:38:06, May 19, 2010 CET | From | Art & Labour | To | Debating the Economic Freedom |
Message | Social Democracy disagrees with all proposals here outlined, and may we suggest that the title of the bill is misleading. This act will lead to excessive tax and near total government stranglehold over the economy which will make the economy more inefficient and far less innovative. |

Message | The workers control the government, so we are taking the means of production out of the hands of the elite and into the hands of the workers. |

Date | 18:53:34, May 19, 2010 CET | From | Art & Labour | To | Debating the Economic Freedom |
Message | Workers are not the be-all and end-all of the economy. Govenment is not the be-all and end-all of the economy. Fairness is good, but this is not fairness. This will forcibly take away people's homes, it gives government the power to take people's possesions for no reason, destroy once an for all the parts of the private sector that remain and deposit it in the hands of naturally inefficient government departments. This will cause taxes to rise inexorably higher and will mean that the government will be the only wage payer. If the government is paying 100% of an employees wages and taking only 10 to 20% back in tax, that leaves a huge and unaffordable black hole in the public finances that cannot be filled. This is not fairness, this is tyranny mixed with economic suicide. Our economy is creaking as it is, dont kill it by enacting this. |

Message | They are in are wonderful socialist republic. Again, we are a democracy. The government is the people. We are taking possessions out of the bourgeoisie, and into the hands of the common man. It destroys all of the for-profit economy. Money in this wonderful state is backed up by labor, so the worker pays himself in the end. Are economy is not creaking, I ask you to show me that are economy is creaking. |
