| Message | It has come to my attention that we have a significant surplus. I propose that we spend it. There are major inadequacies in many areas. I propose the following increases in expenditure: Education: 45 billion KRB (to try and advance the average Kalistani beyond primary school) Infrastructure: 40 billion KRB (so that everybody will have telephones, safe roads and rail networks) Science: 40 billion KRB (to advance high-tech manufacturing to match our new high education workers) Health: 20 billion KRB (to prevent people dying unnecessarily as they now are, see the stats) Food: 20 billion KRB (did you know people in Odufaray are dying from malnutrition) Trade: 20 billion KRB (to promote our industrial development) Environment: 5 billion KRB (to ensure that our growing economy doesn't destroy our beautiful lands). |
