Message | Mr Speaker, I'm afraid I cannot vote in favor of this bill. We could accept it if refugees were given integration aid, otherwise immigration would increase crime levels substantially. I am not sure about how necessary Article 2 is, but I could support it if Article 1 would be edited. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, We acknowledge the comments of the LCP and support them. We encourage the LCP to propose a modification to this bill, the CIL will not oppose it. I yield. |

Message | Mr Speaker, I must admit that I am more in favor of the current immigration policy. Immigration is essential for the survival of the Holy Luthori Empire. I can however support the modified bill if more parties can accept those terms (OOC: so that I don't screw up my visibility and lose at the same time). I yield. |

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval. |
