| ICP Under the passing of this bill, the following articles will be put in place immediately. Article I: Recognizing that the recent terrorists attacks have to do with the violent spread of Islam and may just be the prologue to a very long book about Islamofascism in Selucia. Article II: Acknowledging that the IRP conducted the assassination of Cardinal Conor de Victoria and have more severe intentions, as well as acknowledging that the 2931 sinking of the Vladimir was another pro-Islam attempt on Selucia, probably by a Muslim nation such as Al'Badara or Kafuristan. Article III: Expelling or extraditing any Muslims from Selucia if there are any to be found. They will be sent to either Al'Badara or Kafuristan, in a population exchange, allowing for the ethnic Selucian population to grow to a maximum. Article IV: If any Muslim heretic is found, there are to be sentenced to community service in Dovania. Article V: The Holy Selucian Empire will either pay the Holy Luthori Empire for a prison camp in one of their Dovani colonies, or the Holy Selucian Empire will purchase an entire colony of their own. Article VI: If there is any terrorism in reaction to this bill, the terrorists will be subject to torture until they admit which terrorist organization they are a part of. |

If the Selucian government has any proof of this, make it public so we can asses its value of truth. We strongly urge that the Selucian government withholds any attempt of retribution against Badaran vessels, both merchant and military, and against any Badaran citizens currently present within Selucia. If any retributions are taken, we will consider this an act of agression against our country and will respond in force. | Message | In response to the following statement released by the Badaran Government, the ICP released a statement of their own. "It is the belief of the Selucian Catholic Church (SCC) that Muslims across the Northern Isles of Majatra have been committing crimes against the SCC. The Vladimir, a vessel belonging to the Selucian Catholic Party, had Felipe III, a strong Catholic activist, inside at the time of it's attack. The assassination of Cardinal Conor de Victoria only supports our evidence. The Cardinal's assassination was carried out by a terrorist group. Clearly, this terrorist group would not be able to take out a vessel on their own, so all evidence points directly at Al'Badara. Furthermore, there should be no reason as to why there is any conflict in nation where Catholicism is the only establishment, and everything other religion has been banned for over 5 years. Also, the UBE would be prohibited to aggress the Holy Selucian Empire, as both are members of the powerful Axis Alliance. If action is taken against Selucia, the Axis would have to pick sides, and it is clearly that other Axis member states will take the side of the attacked, and not the attacker. | Message | **** Statement by the government of the United Badaran Emirates **** The Badaran government renounces all claims by the Selucian government that the UBE is in anyway involved with the sinking of the "Vladimir" and with the assassination of Cardinal Conor de Victoria. If you have any evidence to which terrorist group carried at the assassination of the Cardinal, name the group and dont just go blame the UBE for this. The UBE does not have any connection with terrorist groups in Selucia. It only sponsors mosques and Islamic charities in Selucia. If the Selucian government would attack any UBE targets in responce to this preposterous claim, we will consider this an act of war and we will consider you the aggressor. If in that case the Axis would decide to intervene, we will leave it to their wisdom to decide who is the aggressor and who as the defender.
