MessageThere is a difference between a private individuals freedom of speech and a corperation's pursuit of advertisement. Plus, this law does nothing to ensure the validity of said advertisment.

MessageI understand the concern of the moderates. However, this law does not prohibit sanction against false representation (exemple: a vendor shows a price that is different of the one in store) and custommer protection laws continues to be enforceable. Also, it is still possible to sue for slander.
