Message | There is a difference between a private individuals freedom of speech and a corperation's pursuit of advertisement. Plus, this law does nothing to ensure the validity of said advertisment. |

Message | I understand the concern of the moderates. However, this law does not prohibit sanction against false representation (exemple: a vendor shows a price that is different of the one in store) and custommer protection laws continues to be enforceable. Also, it is still possible to sue for slander. |
