Description[?]:
As per the Supreme Court of Solentia Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=292015) the Tories do hereby submit the following Justice for Senatorial questioning to serve the term June 2947 to June 2954: Name: Harold Ollerenshaw Age: 55 Experience: * Human Rights Lawyer, 20 years * Constitutional Legal Advisor to CMP, 6 Years * Regional Court Justice (Nukeya), 4 Years Information: Harold Ollerenshaw is one one of the CMP's greatest legal minds. Though with no official ties to the party, Ollerenshaw did advise the CMP leadership on Constitutional Matters and was instrumental to James Clarke's court case that earned his reformed party the right to be legally the same 400 year-old insitutuion. Ollerenshaw has not made clear his opinions on matters of Common law and even as a Human Rights Lawyer, was cautious not to form an extreme opinion. He has ruled in favour of the prevailence of Senatorial Sovereignty, Supreme Presidential Authority and Senate Warden Prerogative. He is thought to be pro-life and a theist though again, this is not clear in his rulings. |

Message | Even if no confirmation is needed, the Utilitarian Party of Solentia supports future Justice Harold Ollerenshaw. We are aware of his religious background, yet we believe his judgement considering the true sense of ethic because of his faith proves no obstacle to his duties. May he administrate good justice, he has our support. |
