Description[?]:
The People's Democratic Party propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Republic of Zardugal. Since we have a surplus we thought it best to decrease the taxes for the rich a bit. This decrease is not significant so those of you who are weary about not taxing the rich enough do not need to worry. We dropped the taxes on the income bracket of > 55,801 ZAR from 35% to 33%. |

Random fact: "Game mechanics comes first." For example, if a currently-enforced bill sets out one law, then a player cannot claim the government has set out a contradictory law. |
