MessageRt Hon Marquess Spence, Prime Minister,

Madam Speaker, as socialists we want to see as many farmers as possible have a decent plot of land. There are wealthy landowners who are buying up as much Hutorian land as they can to make a quick profit. We propose that these Landlords have their assests broken up and re-distributed to the poorer farmers. It is a matter of principal allowing as many people as possible to be landowners. I am sure that the CLP will be in opposition to this Act and i hope again that the NSC/Labour Coalition can pass this neccessary reform.
