MessageWe encourage renewable energy sources, however certain Unions have more potential for developing these. For example regions at the coasts can estimate better whether propellors should be installed in proportion to tourism/sea routes/needs of their cities. Perhaps it might be better to leave this decision up to them.

MessageThough the individual Unions may have better insight as to where renewable energy sights could be located, we fear that they may not be able to pay the costs of such facilities on their own. Government subsidies have the potential to solve this problem.
