Domestic animals will have to be registered to try and prevent mistreatment of animals and wild animals that are dangerous will be banned to protect the public. |

| Message | But you won;t get rapid sweeping reforms because if you put too many articles together, you just get people voting against the bill in order to stop the parts they don't want getting through and just putting the individual parts up that they do want. That, and it's just plain annoying. |
