MessageMadam Speaker, does the government intend these land mines to be used abroad or in this country as well?

MessageSo these land mines could be used against Hutorian citizens? Madam Speaker, the armed forces are supposed to protect the people of this country, not kill them. Can the government confirm that this bill would make it entirely feasible that the armed forces could use land mines against Hutorian citizens?

MessageMadam Speaker, the CLP immediatley move to scare-mongering. Cannot say we are surprised by their antics. The NSC said the Hutorian Army would decide and the CLP assumes that means they would kill our own citizens. Seems that the CLP are just trying to score points through a flawed arguement. A normallity we have come to accept from the CLP.

MessageMadam Speaker, it isn't scare-mongering. We asked whether this bill would make it feasible that the armed forces could use land mines against Hutorian citizens? That is the question we asked. And the government cannot give us a straight answer. I am not trying to claim anything - I am merely seeking clarification. Given that members of the government are proposing to murder the elderly, there is little room for scare-mongering, for the government are doing a good job of that by themselves.

MessageOf course it will be possible to use land mines against our own people if these people decide to act against the government. That's our point of view in this matter.

MessageI think the occultists forget that the government's only purpose is to serve the people... Not Massacre them.

MessageMadam Speaker, Labour following the CLP again? I think given the seat count Labour should be Leaders of the UM instead of the CLP. Given the people can actually spare them a vote or two.

MessageMadam Speaker, more evidence that when the NSC accuse us of scare-mongering, we are actually entirely accurate. Their accusations of scare-mongering will no longer pacify the people - they now know that this scare-mongering is actually reality. Madam Speaker, history will judge these people, and they won't be remembered fondly.

MessageMadam Speaker, are the PRLM not allowed to express their views in this house? There is absolutely no substance in the NSC's statement, the CLP has shown common sense, and we will agree with them!
