This bill represents reforms to the educational system of the country. It is designed to try and improve the level of qualifications the students earn and the quality of schooling, as well as attempting to increase those who go into higher education.

MessageA1 and A3 we agree with, but A2 is much too high! Even 20 is much too high! The age to leave full time education should be 16, a reasonable level.
