This bill represents reforms to the educational system of the country. It is designed to try and improve the level of qualifications the students earn and the quality of schooling, as well as attempting to increase those who go into higher education. |

Old value:: Charter schools must have a specific focus.
Current: Charter school funding, regulation, and development is left up to local governments.
Proposed: Charter schools must be non-profit and have a specific focus.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The age until which students, if education were to be compulsary, are required to be educated (limited between 16 and 21).
