Article 1: The government owns and operates a central bank that distributes money to private banks. The government may not own or operate any bank(s) other than the central bank.

Article 2: The profit of corporations shall hereby be taxed at a rate of 15%.

Article 3: A person may not work more than 40 hours in a 7-day week unless they are paid overtime pay. A person must be allowed at least 2 days of rest in a 7-day week. A person may not work more than 8 hours a day unless they are paid overtime pay, and must receive at least 45 minutes of rest, either paid or unpaid, for lunch.

Article 4: The government shall not subsidize the development and/or production of pharmaceuticals. Pharmaceutical companies may not sell their products for more than 35% of the production cost.

Article 5: Energy shall be provided by private companies. Energy companies may not sell their products/services for more than 35% of the production/labor cost.

Article 6: Employers may fire striking workers if their original striking conditions have been met and they continue to strike, if the strikers' original striking conditions were impossible to meet and they continue to strike, if they make libelous or slanderous statements about the employers in their strikes, if they engage in violence or vandalism against the employers or places of employment, and/or if they illegally occupy their place of employment.

Article 7: Only licensed vendors may sell food and/or beverages of any kind, and shelf lives of food and/or beverages of any kind are enforced. A vendor may not knowingly or willingly sell food and/or beverages that have expired.

Article 8: Gambling is legal at casinos that have been licensed by the government, and in private homes in values less of $250 or less.

Article 9: Industrial hemp may be grown by licensed agribusinesses for the production of food, dietary supplements, cordage, building materials, composite materials, paper, fabric, animal bedding, and/or biofuel.

Article 10: The government introduces and actively regulates health and safety legislation in all areas of Industry.

Article 11: The government owns and operates a national internet service provider, alongside private internet service providers.

Article 12: Trade unions may exist and worker membership in them is voluntary.

Article 13: Luxury goods shall hereby be taxed at a rate of 10%.

Article 14: Animals may be used in medical research so long as they are put under anesthesia for procedures involving incisions. Animals may not be killed in medical research if it is not necessary.

Article 15: There shall be a minimum wage at a level that a single full time worker on it can adequately feed, clothe, and house themselves.

Article 16: Farmers are required to list all chemicals used on their crops.

Article 17: Phone companies may not sell their products/services for more than 35% of the production/labor cost.

Article 18: Pornography depicting consenting adults is legal for adults.

Article 19: The production of pornography is legal, but it may not be produced in a public place, and must depict consenting adults.

Article 20: The government shall operate a space agency that contracts with and oversees private space-exploration companies.

Article 21: Stock exchanges are allowed but are regulated.

Article 22: All workers have the right to strike, but all government officials, police officers, firefighters, all medical personnel, garbage collection and disposal workers, airline workers, and public transport workers have to ensure a minimal service.

Article 23: Trade unions must by law hold a ballot of all members before going on strike; majority approval of those that vote is needed from its members.
