In order to prevent any anti-Kanjoran elements from arising within our own nation, I propose to create the Anti-Kanjoran Activities Commission (AKAC). The AKAC will be in charge of finding, prosectuting, and punishing the subversive, anti-Kanjoran activities within this nation. The Commission will be part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and will be given some 25,000,000 KRP to function. The Head of the AKAC will be the Commissar of the Interior.

A certain party's nomination for Commissar is chosen by a majority vote in the legislature. This Act proposes that the Council of Exarch's nomination, The Holy Exarch Tedridomycimian XXI, becomes the Commissar if this Act is to pass and become law.

The AKAC will have the following powers:
a. to prosecute and try anyone in the goverment of illegal, unpatriotic activities
b. to investigate and seek out these subversive operatives
c. to hand out the punishments to the guilty

Illegal unpatriotic Activities will be described as the following:
a. intentionally acting to undermine state policies
b. attempting to spread discontent with government policies among one's fellow citizens
c. seeking to damage the reputation of the state
d. acting on behave of a foreign power to gain information or carry out subversive orders against Kanjor

The Punishments for illegal, unpatriotic activities are as follows:
a. Acting to undermine state policies: between 2 and 15 years in federal prison
b. Attempting to spread discontent with government policies among one's fellow citizens: 5-30 years in federal prison
c. Seeking to damage the reputation of the state: 5 months-4 years in regional prison
d. Acting on behave of a foreign power to gain information or carry out subversive orders against Kanjor:
8 years-Life in Prison or Execution

Illegal unpatriotic Activities WILL NOT be described as the following:
a. using the democratic process to debate and address important issues
b. seeking to change a state policy by (1. addressing a representative or (2. peacefully making a suggestion to the government about how to improve a policy
