Government approval should not be needed before firing workers who have gone on strike. It is our belief that the government should not involve itself in collective bargaining, as this between the employers and the workers. This is capitalism, the way of Rutania. |

Message | TSP supports this bill. The government's role in protecting the rights of the people does not extend into the process for negotiations between laborer and employer. Protection of the laborer can be adequately maintained by efficient and effective unionization. While a strike is never the ideal solution for either side of a labor dispute, it will soften the blow to our nation's industries to allow employers to hire new workers in the case of an extended strike. |
