Message | A government not limited by some kind of constitutional law is going to be a lot more arbitrary in its enacting of polices that I, and I would assume you, consider tyranny. You could definitely argue that the Constitution doesn't limit the government enough, but that would call for amendments to it; not the abolishing of it altogether. |
