Message | "It is recommended that the current Government lower the sales tax to 38% given that Trigunia has over a TRA 16 billion surplus. The 4% decrease will continue to expand the economy and provide the adequate funding for the government; there will be little fear of government debt. However, it is recommended by the Finance Ministry that upon the passage of this decrease, the majority of the remaining surplus be funneled into appropriate and necessary government agencies; most notably Defense, Education, Science & Technology, and Tourism. "The Ministry also does not wish to remind the Duma of the promise by the late Culture Minister The Right Honorable D.S. Derzhavin, 9th Baron of Regrinsky in use any surplus that Trigunia may have to aid in the facilitation of the Winter Olympics. (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=14&p=20044#p20044). Thank you, and good evening." A. P. Arshavin, Ph.D., MRP Finance Minister, Young Guard Party |
