| Message | Rt Hon Duke McCullum MP, NSC Frontbencher, Mr Speaker, this Bill is a neccessary one. To be Hutorian is not something that can be claimed because someone has moved into our countries borders! To be Hutorian, you have to have Hutorian blood or be born within the Hutorian borders. This honor of being Hutorian cannot be claimed by those who do not deserve it and the status quo of by means of a 'test' is a complete disgrace. The fact is that this theoretical test can be easily memorised by immigrants. This shows that people who should not be entitled to the honour that is being an Hutorian! |
