Message | Mr Speaker, It is our most sincere belief that not only is this act strongly against the interests of Luthori, because socialism is folly and that this act is nature not only socialist but communist, but that it is also unconstitutional, as the Imperial Constitution forbids eminent domain and all other sorts of seizure of private property. Also, if this bill is passed, it shall be analyzed by the Imperial Regional Oversight Committee (IROC), the Empire's economic regulatory organism as well as the New Policy Development Subcommittee of the IROC which shall oversee and regulate the implementation of these new policies, as per Imperial regulatory law. I yield. |
