Message | Yes, we agree. The pacient is not stupid, if they are not being properly cared for than they will obviously attend the clinic in question. If the doctor causes harm to the pacient than the pacient can, naturally, sue the doctor. This is an important step in the destruction of the bureaucracy. |

Message | How can I can tell I receive good treatment ? I'm not physician, I have the right to be protected preemptivelly against malpractice. |

Message | We would argue that you don't have the right to make me pay to regulate your doctor to death, however. |

Message | We do not regulate doctors to death, we regulate the clinics to insure the patients that their behavior is ethical. |

Message | My error. It's indirect regulation. |

Message | "Protected preemptivelly against malpractice?" That sounds like I'll preemptivelly protect myself against mugging by never leaving my home. Or preemptively protect myself from poison by not eating. We refuse to live in a culture of fear, creating laws to protect us "just in case" when laws to stop real crimes fail. |

Message | Is not the fear of being sued to death not preemptive protection. I am certain that, after a few examples are made, doctors will be careful and will automatically give good treatment and advice. |

Message | The MAs reviewed the proposals and realized that this would strip the "free" element out of health care. We feel that everyone should access free health care with the option for paying at private clinics. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
