| Message | Yes, we agree. The pacient is not stupid, if they are not being properly cared for than they will obviously attend the clinic in question. If the doctor causes harm to the pacient than the pacient can, naturally, sue the doctor. This is an important step in the destruction of the bureaucracy. |
