Details
Submitted by[?]: Alliance 44
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2139
Description[?]:
Labour calls for the resignation of the Cabinet. Chancellor Cambron is beginning his third term in office and his second one without the majority of supporting votes in the Senate. Since the day his cabinet proposal was accepted by the Senate, Mr. Cambron's party suffered heavy defeats on two succesive elections. The Keynesian party has lost 14 seats and now is the fourth (!) largest party in the Senate. The current Cabinet has lost it's legitimity and should be replaced by a government reflecting election results. Labour calls for a government of national unity composed of all active parties, representing the decision of the voters shown by the results of the last elections. This Cabinet of National Unity should be led by the candidate of the largest active political party in the Senate. |

Message | Labour's proposal should not be taken as a gesture of expressing mistrust in the policies of the present government, but as a proposal to deal with the extraordinary situation paralizing the Senate. We appeal to all of the democratic parties in this House to find a solution to this constitutional crisis and form a government representing the opinion of the majority of voters. |

Message | Okay Labour party, try to form a new cabinet and I will see what I vote. Maybe it is up to you to form a 50% majority with the rest of the people. As long as there isn't a new governement formed the old stays. |

Message | this reply of the keynesians clearly show their antidemocratic attitude. the keynesians are grabbing into a constitutional trick to ignore the message of the second consecutive election. |
