| Article 1: The Royal Kafuri Company shall operate in Barmenistan under the title of the Barmenian National Corporation. Article 2: The Barmenian National Corporation shall be in charge of all aspects of the Barmenian economy and social services as long as this contract shall last. Article 3: The Barmenian National Corporation shall not be permitted to export any goods or services for which the supply does not sufficiently meet the internal demand. The Barmenian National Corporation shall not import any goods for which the internal supply can sufficiently meet the demand. Article 4: The Barmenian National Corporation may only violate Article 3 with permission of the Government of Barmenistan in the form of an act of parliament. Article 5: The Barmenian National Corporation shall be given the right of eminent domain to acquire any business which is not yet nationalised. |
