| While it is the opinion of the CAPITALISM CONSPIRACY, and all like-minded political parties, that Hemp is only used for stupid products such as T-shirts worn by hippies, and ropes, and other useless things, The CAPITALISM CONSPIRACY under the Glorious Leadership of our divine ruler, Sam Walton, Proposes that any restrictions, local or federal, placed on the production of hemp would violate the principles of free trade that Dolgaria is founded upon. Therefore, this bill should be enacted to stop any regulation of this industry, and to help boost our free market economy. |
