Message | It is in these times that we need universal health care, ensuring all Solentians have peace of mind knowing they are to be given the finest of care. This bill seeks to only do the opposite, allowing health care to become a for-profit business more so than it already is, with private corporations benefiting off of the sick and lame. I would have hoped for better from the Conservative Party. FIP Minority Leader Jan Romanoff |

Message | At least we have some legislation and a backbone. This government has been in power for 3 years, do you know what your record is? 2 slight changes to 2 laws. Everything else massively defeated, the public are crying out for change and urgent reform. We were promised the 'biggest reforms of welfare', mass change to 'human rights and equality isssues' as well as lots of government papers on other important issues by the CUP. We got two slight changes in eduction and THAT IS ALL in 3 years. Call us vile, we call you socialist, weak, pathetic, unable to handle the challenges of government and it was high time we got a new government in to take seriously the challenges of today and tomorrow. We cannot continue to let the lefties of our nation drag our nation down. We do need reform. Radical reform. But we need to have a party in government with the backbone to deliver. Damon Burns, Party leader. |
