MessageFor Article one, there are none or very few laws according to our own research which apply to particular states or regions therefore making regional courts rather redundant in their aims. As for the Curfew policy, during a state of emergency, it should be the case that the government is allowed to make control and put in tigher security for the short term whilst either Acts of God or Acts of Terrorism are in place, for the safety and security of people. We cannot and should not have a system whereby people have no direction, leadership or instruction during these times. The Home Secretary of the day will concur with the Surpreme President of the day and the Chief of the Police staff, to listen to advise and work out the pragmatic and worthwhile approach for an individual case.

MessageOnce again the CUP votes down proposals without giving them a seconds glance, ignoring the safety of people and indeed the utter bureacracy that regional courts can cause. More burden to taxpayers.

Message"Whilst the Centre Moderate Party does indeed support Article 1 of this Act, we cannot in good conscience back an Act of Senate that would grant National Government tyrannical powers of curfew."

MessageWe live in a federal system, whereby the States have their own courts and Federal courts to which appeals may be heard. We believe this provides the basis for a strong justice system. As for Article 2 the SDLP holds views of which the Moderates have previously outlined.

Random fact: Unless otherwise stated, monarchs and their royal houses will be presumed to be owned by the player who introduced the bill appointing them to their position.

Random quote: "The problem is big government. If whoever controls government can impose his way upon you, you have to fight constantly to prevent the control from being harmful. With small, limited government, it doesn't much matter who controls it, because it can't do you much harm." - Harry Browne
