MessageThe SDLP believes that such a proposal is impractical.Whilst private property should never be seized for no good reason, where major infrastructure projects such as railways, road networks and ports need to be built, the owner of such a property must unfortunately be asked to give way to what may be a vital project that could benefit millions of Solentians.
