We as a country need better protection for our citizens. As such I wish to establish rights that every citizen has when it comes to police violence. 1. All citizens are innocent until proven guilty. 2. No citizen shall be exposed to police brutality without proper cause. 3. If citizen is a victim of policee brutality, that citzen will have the right to sue the police officer and department. 4. All police departments must have training courses, training police officers in non violent actions. 5. Citizens must be read their rights before being taken into custody. 6. This includes violence with firearms towards citizens, if the police officer acted in police brutality, then he/she will be punished. |
