MessageWhilst articles one and two tighten the health industry and ensure safety for all, we accept article three doesn't do this and lessens safety. However, we are getting concerned with the Health and safety culture of this country and we feel that, after talking to many in the know, individual businesses/companies/services are better placed to make health and safety decisions whilst some national standards remain as well as encouragement from the state, as it is impossible to regulate health and safety laws at present.
