Under this bill the ability to use nuclear weapons for any reason in war time is granted with direct oversight by the leader of the nation at that time. If an enemy force attempts to invade this nation or an enemy force that shows no respect for the International Standard of Warfare will automatically be targeted for nuclear strike.
