MessageArticle one allows for local governments to assist the safety and security of their local people if a state of emergency is declared in their area, Article two removes state interfernece, Article three reducing the burden on taxpayers whilst allowing for poor and vulnerable people to recieve help paying for a trial and Article four removes the bureacracy and cuts red tape, instead of having to go through regulatory bodies, you can go through the normal channels should you wish to take legal action. It will not result in doctors being sued left right and centre, because if there is not enough evidence then it cannot go to trial and if the evidence doesn't hold in court, the doctor would be cleared, it just makes doctors more accountable and the people have more power in protecting their rights.

Message"The CMP does not support non-medical professionals arguing matters of medical malpractice. These matters need to remain in the hands of trained experts. Nor do we support ANY form of curfew policy."

MessageCurfew policies are vital in a state of emergecny. If local government/local police do not have these powers in a state of emergency, to block off roads, make people stay in their homes and not travel whilst a serious crime is being committed such as an act of terrorism, then this really can damage the police operation to tackle the issue, as well as put peoples lives at risk. Furthermore, we are not proposing non medical professionals to argue these matters, we are proposing the same format as always, but that a person can go about making a claim without having to go through the long procedure of going through a medical body. If there is not enough evidence, there won't be a trial as it would not stand up in court.

Message"A judge is not qualified to pass judgement based on medical expertise. Medical matters are very complex and ought to remain in the hands of the experts. As for curfew policies, we are simply flat against statism and object to such archaic and medieval practices of tyranny and dictatorship. We'll have to agree to disagree there."

Edmund Rossen, CMP Justice Spokesman.

MessageIndeed we will, though you say you disagree with statism but you do agree with it when it suits you. For example, sexual education MUST be taught to all students, they MUST all be vacinated, and you have voted to ban private sector involvement in many areas before, despite saying people should have the right to have choice in all walks of life. Hypocrite much?

Message"Indeed, we support Doctors running the healthservice rather than businessmen and we support doctors here too. How's the pro-religious polcy going for you? Mandatory religion? forced dress-code? forced heterosexuality? They talk of hypocracy whilst practically burning a cross, voting to allow euthanasia and abortion in the Back to Basics programme. Left your high-horse somewhere?"

MessageYou never ever respond to any allegations put about your own party do you. Rather you spin the question or turn it around, and use the rather immature 'Well you started it...' or 'Well you did it first' slogan one of your many parties supports. Tell me what mood are you today, Conservative? Perhaps Liberal? Or are you feeling all happy and socialist this fine morning? Pick an ideology, pick some policy, pick a party name and then could you stick to it? Its no wonder you are consistently the lowest ranking party in election results, people can't remember your name, or what you stand for and quite frankly neither can you.

Message"Did you have something to say about the Justice system are we sticking to petty insults and mud-slinging. I can continue, if you like, I rather like verbally abusing facists, but I am pushed for time, I do have a job to do. You seem confused again, do we need to AGAIN explain Unionism? I find it hard to believe any of you actually passed history or politics at a degree level, you have no idea about a party that had existsed and governed for the last 500 years. How many more history lessons will it take for you to comprehend? I'm still searching for a Conservative member that has the brains they were born with. "

MessageWhilst we have lobbied for the abolition of gated communities altogether, we see the rest of this proposal as being sound.

MessageWe add, that such a curfew policy only be implemented in extreme conditions such as a natural disaster or significant public disorder.
