| RP Article 1: The following narcotics currently not declared legal shall become legal: Cannabis, LSD, Salvia, and other drugs deemed to be less damaging to ones mind and less addictive then nicotine by the respective government drug experts. RP Article 2: Other narcotics that government experts deem suitable for medical use may be prescribed to patients by doctors. RP Article 3: All other narcotics are decriminalized and victims of said drugs are given medical attention and rehab. RP Article 4: Producing and Collecting Child Porn shall be illegal, however the viewing of Child Porn will be unenforced, unless it translates to a real life action in which case its decriminalized. |

| Message | Also, I like how these crimes are victimless, but the long suffering taxpayer will as ever have to foot the bill when junkies inject themselves with used needles and give themselves AIDS, decide they can fly and jump off a building or have a massive myocardial infarction because their hearts cant beat fast enough. As seems to be the sad case in Ikradon, the responsible majority subsidise the wreckless minority. And as for the porn, everyone knows that makes you go blind. |

| Message | The fact is, people will do drugs no matter what we do. So, the best way to help these people is decriminalization. The best way to prevent it is eliminating poverty, which are what are minimum income laws already do, and education which we also do. The myth that masturbating causes blindness is nothing more then what it is, a myth. The reason why kids tend to lose there vision when they masturbate is because vision loss usually starts during puberty regardless of whether or not that child masturbates. With puberty comes sexual desire, which obviously leads to masturbation. There not a cause of each-other, rather there both caused by something else. On top of that, theres only 2 things that happen during masturbation, possible rapid hand motion and sexual pleasure. Rapid hand motion isn't even needed for masturbation and takes place in many other activities, manual labor, video games, etc. If sexual pleasure causes blindness, then any form of sexual statification causes blindness. |
