Message | We disagree. The purpose of making it illegal but not prosecuted is to ensure that it remains as something that can be considered during divorce. We do not seek to arrest people for adultry; that's insanity. But we do agree with allowing, in a divorce proceeding, a judge to consider one spouse's infidelity. |
