MessageWelcome back UPK :)

but KPJP are very strongly opposed to this bill, sorry, for several reasons.

First, please see who had proposed the ratification of this treaty in the first place, over three hundred years ago:

So of course we feel that this treaty is a good idea. :)

Second, this treaty, in addition to being helpful (it serves as a notice that Kirlawa does not want to be spammed), is also harmless (what possible harm is currently coming to Kirlawa as a result of being in this treaty? It doesn't restrict our issue choices in any way.)

Third, why does it matter how many other nations are or are not currently in it? The purpose of the treaty is to announce that we do not want to be spammed. If other nations feel likewise, they are certainly welcome to join; and if they don't, then how is that our fault?

Fourth, if Kirlawa did withdraw from it, there would be no nations currently within it ... which means that OOCly some busybody will propose that the treaty be deleted, thereby destroying another little piece of Particracy's history. :(
So OOCly I see Kirlawa being the only nation currently in it, as being a reason to keep it, and certainly not a reason to leave it.

Let's keep it please? :)
